What is the dress code?
Semi-formal attire. We recommend shoes that are fit to walk around on grass and a warmer layer for after the sun goes down.
Is the wedding outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be in an indoor/outdoor pavilion.
What is the weather like in the area?
In September, the weather is typically in the 70s and cools into the 40s at night. It's often sunny, but there's a possibility of smoke or rain. Plan for cool nights and bring warm layers!
What will happen if it rain?
Don't worry, we have a plan! The wedding will be held in the pavilion if it rains.
How is the road up to the venue?
It's a winding road with lots of wildlife so please be alert. Plan on about 45 minutes from downtown Whitefish. The road is paved until you're at the venue, then it's a well-maintained dirt road through a meadow and up a hill.
Is there cell reception at the venue?
No, there's very little cell reception once you leave town. If you're driving, we recommend downloading a map of the area.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, plenty of parking.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately not.
